Jose & Sophia
We're Jose and Sophia, partners in life and behind the bar. We met in 2020, tied the knot in Las Vegas in 2024, and built Midnight Palms Bartending from our shared love for people, hospitality, and good times.
With both of us coming from backgrounds in service and bartending, we understand that great events are about more than just drinks — they're about connection, atmosphere, and genuine care for every guest.
